Zac has been a professional body piercer since 2014. He did his apprenticeship under Chris Costa. Along with body piercing, Zac has long been a part of the Pacific Northwest music and social scenes, playing in different bands and working at different bars and restaurants. His bewitching wife BreAnne hails from Buckley/ Puyallup but has been a Tacoma resident since 2019 when they purchased their home on the Eastside. BreAnne comes from a strong professional business background and has always had a love for body piercing and an affinity for one-of-a-kind jewelry. After leaving the previous shop he worked at his entire career, Zac and BreAnne decided it was time for them to do their own thing, and that thing became Obsidian Body Piercing in June 2023. With their focus being on providing quality piercings, extraordinary customer care, and a wide array of ornate jewelry; they’re also very excited to be a part of the growing local Tacoma business community. Zac and BreAnne are also delighted to be working with local artists and jewelers from all around the Puget Sound. With a passion for the unique and eclectic, Obsidian is a place like no other.
