Are you OVER 18 years of age?Please ensure to bring a PHYSICAL VALID ID with you for your walk-in or appointment.
A picture on your phone or otherwise will not be permitted.
Are you UNDER 18 years of age?Kids ages 5-12 are welcome to come in for ear piercings with their legal guardian. Teens ages 13-17 may come in with their legal guardian for other facial piercings (nose, eyebrow, lip, etc) and navel piercings.
If you are bringing a minor under the age of 18 in for a body piercing, both the minor and the parent or legal guardian must provide valid identification and/or required documentation.
Please bring:
Minor: Original or certified copy of their birth certificate and/or a valid photo ID, when applicable.
Parent/Legal Guardian: A valid government-issued photo ID.
Proof of Parent/Guardian Relationship: Documentation must establish that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian.
If the parent and minor have different last names, additional documentation may be required to verify the parent/guardian relationship. This may include documentation such as a birth certificate, court documentation, marriage certificate, or other legally recognized proof of relationship or guardianship.
Please have all required documentation with you before arriving. We cannot perform a minor’s piercing without the appropriate identification and proof of relationship.
